Rayonnage à palettes mobile - MOVO
The MOVO mobile racking is the mobile pallet racking solution. Compared to conventional pallet racking, the system allows you to double the capacity of your existing warehouse. Equipped with the latest technology, complete flexibility due to its modular design, MOVO mobile racking with its comprehensive accessories is suitable for almost any application. The MOVO system consists of pallet or cantilever racks mounted on sturdy transfer carriages, moving on rails anchored in the floor. Rack heights of up to 12 meters and bay loads of up to 24 tons can be realized. The sophisticated control concept with state-of-the-art sensor technology offers user-friendliness and absolute safety. Every MOVO mobile racking system is precisely tailored to your individual requirements. The solution is perfectly tailored to your logistical processes. Vertical Lift Module GonvaLift
Gonvalift – The intelligent storage lift for maximum efficiency. The Gonvalift is a state-of-the-art vertical storage system that makes optimum use of storage space and automates material provision. By consistently utilizing the height of the room, the storage lift saves up to 80% space compared to conventional shelving systems. Functional principle The system works according to the “goods-to-man” principle: instead of employees having to walk long distances, the Gonvalift automatically brings the required items to the ergonomically designed removal opening. This reduces search times and significantly increases productivity.
Dexion Pallet Racking P90
The P90 pallet rack is a heavy-duty racking system designed for the safe and efficient storage of pallets in industrial environments. It consists of high-strength steel frames and beams that are manufactured and tested in accordance with European standards. The standard frame depths range from 800 to 1,200 mm, while the bay widths can be flexibly adapted to different pallet formats. Depending on the configuration, the load capacity per bay level is up to 4,500 kg, with a total height of up to 30 meters. The surfaces are galvanized or powder-coated to ensure corrosion protection and durability. Safety components such as push-through protection, ram protection, and shelf reinforcements are an integral part of the system and comply with all relevant EN standards. Retrofitting the P90 racking system enables the sustainable modernization of existing facilities without having to purchase completely new equipment. The integration of current safety standards, digital warehouse processes such as RFID tracking or pick-by-light, and optimized accessories extends the service life, increases operational safety, and boosts efficiency. Retrofit is therefore a cost-effective and future-oriented solution that helps companies adapt their warehouse logistics to new requirements while protecting their investment.

Manufactured from high-quality steel and tested in accordance with European standards, HI280 impresses with its high stability, modular expandability, and a load capacity of up to 400 kg per shelf.
