The stainless steel conveyor belts guarantee maximum hygiene for the efficient transport of food, as well as for the transport of bulk and piece goods for the processing industry. The well thought-out concept of the form-fitting conveyor belts, not least due to the open 4-edged profile chassis keeps cleaning and maintenance costs low during operation. The monolithic structure of the new PU belts enables endless connections through butt welding and is therefore perfectly suited for direct food contact thanks to CE / FDA conformity. The structured or smooth surfaces of the conveyor belt are characterized by the optimal entrainment with simultaneous gentle transport. The Frei engineers have also given some thought to the «belt tension». Due to the positive fit, the belts no longer have to be tightened, which is a significant advantage during operation and, in turn, during cleaning. Whether for cereals, crisps, nuts, cheese or chocolate - the "FFAG Monolith" generation covers all the conveying needs of the food industry and also offers low energy consumption.
