Baling press
Where huge quantities of waste arise - if in production, trade or administration - compaction is an important part of the disposal logistic. Compacted and pure waste is secondary raw material, it simplifies the handling, allows an interim storage and reduces stock and transport costs as well as personal costs.

Hunkeler Compact Aircleaner HKA
Hunkeler Compact Aircleaners are the ideal solution for cleaning air in buildings. The HKA filters the entire air volume on average every two to three hours, day and night. The smallest particles are removed from the ambient air and leaves it appreciably improved in quality. Cleaning time in buildings is reduced by up to 60 percent, which means outgoings for cleaning are also reduced. Downtime for machines and production systems are reduced to a minimum thanks to improved cleanliness for the sensors.
Cardboard Shredder HKZ
The Hunkeler Cardboard Shredder is ideal for the shredding of cardboard residues in the punch waste area (strips and large surface cartons), E-commerce and cardboard containers. Thanks to the special form and arrangement of the blades, an optimised collection of narrow strips up to large cardboard boxes is possible. Using a frequency converter, the rotation of the cutting work can be set up for the waste quantity expected. Feeding is either piecemeal by hand or continuously via a conveyor belt, as required. The shredder particles from the HKZ are ideally sized for transport by underground conveyor belts. The particles can also be removed with a pneumatic suction and compression system from Hunkeler Systeme AG.
