The SSI Cuby single-level shuttle is the high-performance solution for maximum storage density
The SSI Cuby single-level shuttle system from SSI SCHAEFER is the ideal solution for fully automated storage of containers and cartons. The highly efficient system solution can be used in a variety of different industries, enhancing storage efficiency. The shuttles reliably transport containers and cartons weighing up to 35 kg. The SSI Cuby technology creates smart solutions for optimum space utilization in intralogistics: The double-deep storage option enables the shuttle to utilize the entire depth of the rack to store the containers. The use of the rack depth supports for guiding the load handling device is a unique feature and has been registered for patient approval. The innovative lift system, which moves the containers to the racks, also serves to create a compact facility layout. Mobile shelving for light loads, featuring RFID
As the world's leading expert in the field of warehouse automation, we offer a large AGV fleet for different areas of application within the supply chain. Our AGV specialists plan comprehensive AGV concepts for the holistic optimization of cross-departmental material flows. We don't think in terms of individual vehicles, but in integrated solutions. We integrate the AGV solutions precisely into your existing warehouse environment and infrastructure. Our scalable AGVs can adapt flexibly to changing market conditions. For example, the number of vehicles can be increased if there are corresponding throughput requirements. The WEASEL® can transport boxes, totes or a variety of other goods through your premises flexibly and easily without a conventional conveying system. SSI Flexi scalable single-level shuttle
The scalable single-level shuttle designed for use in highly dynamic automated miniload systems with dynamically adaptable storage location sizes to store a wide variety of transport units of up to 50 kg. The SSI Flexi is an innovative solution for space optimized storage of cartons, trays, and cubic and conical bins. The modular concept, which combines shuttles, lifts, and a racking system, allows tailored and highly flexible system concepts with excellent use of space and high levels of technical performance. Thanks to the universal load handling device with adjustable width, the SSI Flexi can adapt to single-, double-, and multiple-deep storage of a broad spectrum of loading units and dimensions, even in deep-freeze conditions.
