With our unique and innovative software duo translogica/dotiga, we offer a comprehensive transport and document management system (TDMS) that digitizes and optimizes the processes of logistics and transport companies.
A key factor in our success lies in the consistent implementation of automation and digitalization in transport logistics. Established processes are optimized and sometimes completely rethought using workflows, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
This leads to significant savings potential, especially in administration. With our interactive and flexible scheduling, supported by automation, both FTL, LTL and general cargo can be scheduled efficiently and in a time-optimized manner. Intermodal scheduling is also very well implemented using Dispoplan.
Another highlight is the real-time display in the dispatch map of empty vehicles and active loads from the TIMOCOM freight exchange. This also enables further improvements, especially in terms of utilization and reduction in empty kilometers.
Cost-optimal routing is realized through new calculation and optimization algorithms as well as guided navigation and offers additional advantages.

With the transport and document management system (TDMS) translogica/dotiga, you always have an overview of all relevant parameters. The system shows the currently best route in terms of time, distance and capacity utilization and calculates the expected arrival time in real time, taking into account driving and rest times or delays due to traffic jams and construction sites. This means you are well prepared for all eventualities and able to react flexibly within seconds. Practical example: Don't leave route planning to the driver or to chance - with the integrated route planning in translogica you can plan the optimal route, taking into account the truck attributes and possible delays as well as the interruptions in driving time - and you will be proactively informed in the event of any deviations. The translogica app for scanners offers the following advantages for your forwarding company in transport management: The translogica app is the flexible solution when it comes to scanning processes and fleet communication. The spectrum ranges from warehouse and hall scanning to delivery scanning, including proof of handover (POD) or proof of damage transmitted within seconds. The operation is user-friendly and intuitive. Example from general cargo processing: Based on the bordered data, the incoming scan is carried out in the groupage receipt (SE), if necessary, with missing quantities, damage or surplus items. The designated local transport location for unloaded packages is displayed on the scanner. During delivery scanning, the recipient then signs directly on the scanner or tablet. Efficient transport management through our self-learning software With the TDMS translogica/dotiga we rely on machine learning, a self-learning system. The software is able to “remember” process steps that have already been carried out and to apply the necessary actions automatically and reliably in the future, thus significantly reducing manual effort. Our engine's text recognition works with a 100 percent success rate for digital documents. In this way, you create the last mile of digitization in incoming orders for all your customers. Our AI algorithms are based on Microsoft's proven frameworks and therefore rely on methods that correspond to the latest state of the art. This cross-company digitalization enables rapid, direct external communication. This means that work steps are outsourced to the areas in which they actually take place. Example: Your subcontractors are able to assign PODs to the corresponding orders directly via the web portal.

Integration of ChatGPT
The latest expansion from translogica in terms of artificial intelligence is the integration of ChatGPT. “Our customers can describe desired process automation in natural language and have ChatGPT translate it into the corresponding source code. “This means that a programmer is no longer necessary for such adjustments,” is how Hansjörg Haller and Marc Pfaffenberger, the two managing directors of Translogica, explain the current software expansion.
