As a Process Specialist with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Professional Education and Training (eidg. FA), you work in a wide range of industries and organisations, taking on responsibilities where processes need to be developed, managed or optimised.

Typical areas of application include:
– Mechanical, electrical and metal industries
– Manufacturing, trading and service companies
– Public administrations, banks and insurance companies

Your main role is to improve operational processes or to develop and implement new solutions that are economically viable and technically feasible.

To achieve this, you analyse:
- individual workstations
- entire process chains
- the required resources (employees, machines and materials)

Your goal is to ensure customer-focused, efficient and on-time processes that meet operational requirements.
