Fast SKU availability
Our agile warehouse robots can retrieve any tote or tray stored in the system in less than two minutes. Skypod® robots navigate through the system by travelling underneath racks and climbing them, providing access to the requested tote whenever needed. Blocked aisles and inventory reshuffling are a thing of the past. The warehouse robots can carry loads of up to 30 kg, including Exotec® totes and trays.

Precise performance of Skypod robots
The warehouse robots enable 1:1 picking, minimizing human error by bringing inventory totes and fulfillment containers directly to the operator at the picking station. Exotec’s advanced track-guidance system enables more precise movement throughout the warehouse.

Flexible scalability of system performance
If you temporarily require higher system performance, you can simply add more robots. Additional Skypod® robots can be operational within minutes, without interrupting the system. This approach has proven particularly effective during seasonal peaks, periods of high inventory levels and business launches.
