Fundamentals of Logistics Management (Certificate)
The certificate in Fundamentals of Logistics Management ensures that participants are able to describe and perform operational activities in logistics.

Fundamentals of General Management (Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Law)
Participants apply the fundamentals of accounting as a management tool and evaluate them within their own area of responsibility. They are also capable of assessing legal issues within their area of responsibility competently.

Fundamentals of Organization and Processes
Participants are able to design structural and process organization in their area of responsibility in a results-oriented manner.

Logistics Processes (Supply Chain Management)
Participants understand cross-company relationships within the supply chain and actively contribute to their design and optimization within their own area of responsibility.

Business Management
Participants are able to manage their business unit operationally, lead and develop staff, proactively engage with stakeholders, optimize processes, and implement quality improvement measures.

Class hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Lessons are conducted in conjunction with the Federal Professional Examination program.
