Your responsibilities: Acquisition and support of new and existing customers in Switzerland; Technical consulting and sales of racking and shuttles as well as their accessories; Creation of drawings, calculations and quotations; Development of warehouse and logistics concepts; Responsibility for project implementation and supervision of installation; Sales and execution of racking inspections; Support for intralogistics projects; Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions; Various administrative tasks (CRM / K1SS)

Your responsibilities: 2nd level support (remote and on-site support) New installations of PCs, servers, LAN/WAN and communication solutions Maintenance, administration and monitoring of terminal servers and other specialized software Maintenance of telephone systems, including associated hardware and software Maintenance of IT infrastructure License management of various software Active Directory and SAP user management Administration and troubleshooting with BitLocker Administration of the Remedyforce CMDB and the Intune Admin Center Management of mobile devices, services and SIM cards Management and maintenance of the SharePoint platform OwnCloud User rights and folder management Microsoft SharePoint and via FAP (File Access Portal) Creation and management of Access databases Technical support for customers
