Your tasks: Maintenance and repair work on Linde industrial trucks on site at our customers' premises; systematic troubleshooting and analysis using diagnostic programs; maintenance and management of the tool and material equipment in your own service vehicle; active customer support in your service area

Your tasks:
Lead, control and implement IT projects
Check customer requirements and coordinate interfaces, reports, etc. also at the customer’s site
Create milestone plans
Further development of the Soloplan standard products
Collaborate across departments and coordinate project content
Providing our customers with structured advice and sustainable support

Your profile:
Completed business informatics or business studies or comparable professional training
Professional experience in a comparable area
Logistics knowledge desirable
Very good IT knowledge and experience in the technical conception of IT projects
Strong communication and assertiveness as well as the ability to persuade
Customer orientation, taking operational interests into account
Organizational skills

After extensive training, you will join our international Customer Solution Management team in user support for our CarLo software.

Taking over second level support via telephone, emails or tickets
Documentation and analysis of customer inquiries using a modern ticket system
Processing inquiries in the ticket system in collaboration with colleagues from other specialist departments

If you are interested in field service activities, you will also take on the following tasks, which will be compensated with an additional performance bonus:
Installation of our software products for customers
Configure and implement our software solutions according to customer requirements
Conducting customer training on site

Completed studies in transport economics or traffic engineering or training in the IT sector or in a comparable area
First professional experience in the area of ​​IT support | IT service desk desirable
Good IT or logistics knowledge

Your responsibilities: Acquisition and support of new and existing customers in Switzerland; Technical consulting and sales of racking and shuttles as well as their accessories; Creation of drawings, calculations and quotations; Development of warehouse and logistics concepts; Responsibility for project implementation and supervision of installation; Sales and execution of racking inspections; Support for intralogistics projects; Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions; Various administrative tasks (CRM / K1SS)
