After extensive training, you will join our international Customer Solution Management team in user support for our CarLo software.
Taking over second level support via telephone, emails or tickets
Documentation and analysis of customer inquiries using a modern ticket system
Processing inquiries in the ticket system in collaboration with colleagues from other specialist departments
If you are interested in field service activities, you will also take on the following tasks, which will be compensated with an additional performance bonus:
Installation of our software products for customers
Configure and implement our software solutions according to customer requirements
Conducting customer training on site
Completed studies in transport economics or traffic engineering or training in the IT sector or in a comparable area
First professional experience in the area of IT support | IT service desk desirable
Good IT or logistics knowledge
