• Instandhaltung/Reparaturen an hochautomatisierten Logistikanlagen
• Diagnose und Störungsbeseitigung sowie Durchführung von Reparaturen
• Sicherstellen bestmöglicher Qualität und Termintreue bei allen definierten Serviceleistungen
• Durchführung von Prüfungen und Inspektionen
• Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung und Gestaltung der Arbeitsabläufe
• Erstellen von Berichten und Dokumentation von Anlagenzuständen mittels Wartungssoftware
• Sicherstellung der Anlagenperformance und technischen Verfügbarkeit

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Ausbildung NIV 14 oder 15 von Vorteil
• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Systemen und Arbeitsprozessen in der Logistik
• 2 oder 3-Schicht-Modell inkl. Samstag – Bereitschaft zur Nachtschicht
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
• Flexibilität, Lernbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnet dich aus

We are now looking for a new colleague in the Technical Service department of our unit in Rotkreuz/ZG. As a motivated Service Engineer, you will work with a team in optimally providing support for materials handling systems at our customers’ sites, ensuring maximum system availability over the entire life cycle of the equipment.
