Fundamentals of General Management (Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Law)
Participants are able to analyze and evaluate overall economic relationships and derive needs for action and opportunities for their own company. They apply the fundamentals of accounting specifically as a management tool and review them within their area of responsibility. Participants are also capable of assessing legal issues within their own scope of responsibility competently.

Fundamentals of Organization and Processes
Participants are able to design structural and process organization in their area of responsibility in a results-oriented way.

Self-Awareness, Self-Management, and Team Leadership
Participants understand their own behavior, analyze it, and take targeted measures for personal development. They handle their tasks through efficient and effective self-management and apply suitable learning methods to do so. Participants build, lead, and further develop their teams in a goal-oriented manner.

Class hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Lessons are conducted in conjunction with the Federal Professional Examination program.
