Four days, 120 customers, countless discussions: our first Customer Summit at the Beverland Resort brought together software news, practical ideas and networking. From 9 to 12 September, users – including international guests – exchanged views with us on current and future developments in WinSped and LIS Warehouse Management (LWM). With this new event format, we are building on the successful Premium Forum Days and expanding them with additional elements.
‘With the Customer Summit, we have created a platform that focuses on innovation, dialogue and community. The better our customers understand the capabilities of our TMS and WMS, the more efficiently they can design their processes. And at the same time, we benefit from valuable feedback for further development,’ explains our Co-CEO Magnus Wagner.
Diverse programme provides in-depth insights into LIS solutions
In a mix of presentations, workshops, in-depth discussion formats and practical sessions, we presented current and future software solutions to visitors at the Customer Summit, including WinSped Web, VBzuNET 2.0 and LWM. The focus was also on innovative developments such as AI-supported solutions in customer support, the Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) and insights into industry trends such as the use of artificial intelligence at DKV Mobility and eTrucking.
