Fundamentals of Logistics Management (Certificate)
The certificate in Fundamentals of Logistics Management ensures that participants are able to describe and perform operational activities in logistics.

Fundamentals of General Management (Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Law)
Participants are able to analyze and assess overall economic relationships and derive action needs and opportunities for their own company.
They apply the fundamentals of accounting as a management instrument and review them within their area of responsibility.
Participants are also capable of assessing legal issues within their scope of responsibility competently.

Self-Awareness, Self-Management, and Team Leadership
Participants understand their own behaviors, can analyze them, and take targeted measures for personal development. They handle their tasks through efficient and effective self-management and apply suitable learning methods. Participants build, lead, and further develop their teams in a goal-oriented and success-oriented manner.

Class hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Lessons are conducted in conjunction with the Federal Professional Examination program.

Teaching methods: Classroom and online instruction, blended learning.
