Fundamentals of General Management (Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Law)
Participants are able to analyze and evaluate overall economic relationships and derive action needs and opportunities for their own company.
They apply the fundamentals of accounting as a management tool and review them within their area of responsibility.
Participants are also capable of assessing legal issues within their scope of responsibility competently.
Fundamentals of Organization and Processes
Participants are able to design structural and process organization within their area of responsibility in a results-oriented manner.
Project Management
Participants are able to initiate, conduct, and complete projects successfully.
Class hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Lessons are conducted in conjunction with the Federal Professional Examination program.
Teaching methods: Classroom and online instruction, blended learning.
