Last week, we held our first online Systemverkehre User Day – a new format designed to promote open and regular exchange between our customers and the LIS team. The aim of the meeting was to generate ideas, share insights and actively shape the further development of our software solutions.
Shaping the future together
In the logistics industry, standing still is not an option. Processes, technologies and requirements are constantly changing – and this is exactly where the LIS User Day comes in. Through direct dialogue with our users, we want to ensure that our products remain practical and are geared towards the actual needs of our customers.
‘Our software thrives on the experience and requirements of our users. The User Day gives us the opportunity to take these perspectives on board directly and incorporate them into future developments,’ emphasises LIS Co-CEO Rolf Hansmann.
Six companies, many ideas
We welcomed six of our customers to kick off the event:
KARL JÜRGENSEN Spedition und Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, Finsterwalder Transport und Logistik GmbH, TTM Internationale Spedition, Heinrich von Wirth GmbH & Co. KG, Bernhard Messing GmbH and Spedition Brucker GmbH.
This mix of different logistics companies ensured an exciting and diverse exchange – from general cargo and system transport to individual logistics solutions.
