Kleinsteuerungen mit Touch-Display
The slim PLC controller of the DISPLAY VISIONS PLC series already has the touch display integrated. In addition, it can be connected wirelessly to up to 50 satellite displays. This allows processes to be monitored and controlled regardless of location. Normally, programming small controllers and reading their parameters involves a certain amount of effort. Not so with the PLC series from DISPLAY VISIONS. A color touch display is already integrated in the central control unit, the "Core". The brilliant, 2.8-inch IPS panel is easy to read from almost any viewing angle (reading angle 170°) and even in direct sunlight. It not only displays the measurement and process data, but is also used to enter control commands and operating parameters thanks to its touch-sensitive surface. The Core has eight digital inputs 0..24 V, 4 analog inputs (4 20 mA and 0 10 V) and 4 relay outputs. It communicates via the RS-485 or Ethernet interface and can also be accessed wirelessly via WLAN. Up to 50 satellite terminals can be automatically connected to the central control unit. Depending on the complexity of the input and output data, satellites with different display sizes are available. From the almost postage stamp-sized 1.5-inch display with 240x240 pixels to the 10.1-inch panel with a resolution of 1,280x800 pixels. The satellites automatically synchronize with the core in real time and can be individually configured. For example, operating data for service can be displayed in one place, while work preparation enters new parameters on their satellite in another place. All touch and display functions can be freely programmed using the free Windows tool "PLC Designer" WYSIWYG. Numerous prefabricated elements support the creation of individual and even animated pages.

Kompakter Modbus-Anzeiger
DISPLAY VISIONS has developed a particularly compact Modbus display module. The module is equipped with a 4.3-inch, bright and easily readable display. This makes it ideal for use with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as those offered by manufacturers such as Siemens, Beckhoff, Panasonic, etc. The new display module from DISPLAY VISIONS supports the communication formats Modbus/TCP and Modbus/RTU. Accordingly, it is equipped with interfaces for WiFi, LAN and RS485. The brilliant IPS display is characterized by a high brightness of around 1,000 cd/m2 and all-round readability. The new Modbus display offers optimal flexibility in terms of power supply - the device can be operated on any DC supply in the voltage range from 5 V to 30 V DC. In a market dominated by products with significantly larger screens (15 inches and more), DISPLAY VISIONS is opening up new possibilities with its Modbus display in a wall housing with a screen diagonal of 4.3 inches and allowing the design of very compact and, above all, cost-effective HMI units. In order to cover the demand for other small displays, the manufacturer has announced that it will also include versions with, for example, 7 inches in its range.

Kubo – The Four-Way Box For Heavy Weights
In the automotive industry, a smooth internal material flow is one of the essential factors for efficient production. The Craemer Group is one of the leading international automotive suppliers with its large-scale production of metal automotive modules and plastic load carriers. To ensure smooth (intra-)logistics in the industry, the plastics pioneer is launching a new development: Kubo, a robust four-way box made of high-quality polyethylene (PE) as an alternative to the metal grid box (gitterbox). Founded in 1912, the Craemer Group specialises in metal forming, plastics processing (since 1958) and toolmaking. In addition to its headquarters in Germany, the company operates three other production sites in Europe. Craemer's expertise in the automotive industry has also been applied to the development and production of transport and storage boxes and other logistics solutions made of robust PE using injection moulding. The latest innovation is the Kubo – the perfect alternative to the Europool-DB-Europool Gitterbox (Gibo) often used for heavy goods and components and for all applications with high demands. The new Craemer PE box has many advantages over the steel frame grid design: It is lightweight and robust, easy to empty, clean and dry, guaranteed corrosion-free, highly resilient, versatile and stackable, can be pooled and repaired and, thanks to its closed walls, also protects sensitive vehicle components.
