Intermediate plate function To allow pushing your valuable product even gentler on wooden or aluminum pallets with transverse ribs, our fully automatic pallet changer PW 800/1000 D2 ZB now newly features the proven intermediate plate function.

A pneumatic hand lever valve closes the side walls of the pallet changer parallel to the load until the contact pressure exerted by the walls holds the load. The hand pallet truck is then lowered and the empty pallet is removed from the pallet changer. After replacing this pallet with another, this new pallet is introduced with the hand pallet truck under the load held by the pallet changer and lifted up to the load. The side walls are then opened with the hand lever valve, the load now rests on the new pallet and can be removed.

THE SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION FOR WRAPPING PALLETS The innovative Paper Wrap system is a win-win for anyone who wants to switch to recyclable and renewable materials when transporting their products from A to B. Paper Wrap offers a novel alternative to tertiary packaging, reducing dependence on plastic. The innovative pallet wrapping machine can be fully automated with two settings to wrap up to 60 pallets per hour or run semi-automatically to wrap 10-15 pallets per hour. A full roll of paper wrap can be inserted into the innovative machine without rewinding. The larger dimensions of a roll mean that a replacement roll is only needed every 400-600 pallets, compared to 40-80 pallets with ordinary stretch film.
