    1. SAFELOG M4 tow

      SAFELOG M4 tow

The robots in the SAFELOG M4 series cover a wide range of intralogistics tasks. With a device length of 1,460 mm, the curve radius is only 1,000 mm, so that the robots are characterized by great maneuverability and agility. The brushless servo motor gives the robot models in the M4 series a high starting torque. In addition, the drive enables a speed range of 0.02 m/s to 1.6 m/s. The robots in the M4 series are certified by TÜV SÜD according to the internationally valid machine product standard EN-ISO 3691-4:2020, and the stable steel chassis is dust and splash-proof according to IP54. Thanks to the intelligent, agent-based SAFELOG control, the mobile robots communicate both with each other and with peripheral systems. Thanks to the swarm intelligence, a higher-level control center is superfluous; the necessary interfaces, such as VDA 5050, for a control center connection are of course available. The SAFELOG M4 tow model is the towing vehicle among the devices in the M4 series. The mobile robot was designed for the transport of trolleys and overcarriages and can tow most of the trailers available on the market. This is possible thanks to the low height of 220 mm. These can be automatically coupled and uncoupled using a system of lifting bolts and snap catches in conjunction with an RFID reader or light sensors for overcarriage detection. The maximum towing load is 1,500 kg.

    2. SAFELOG S3 tow

      SAFELOG S3 tow

The S3 is a compact device in the SAFELOG fleet. The transport robot is characterized above all by its agility and wide range of possible uses. Thanks to their compact dimensions, the devices in the SAFELOG S3 series can turn on the spot and require a diameter of less than 90 cm to do so. The mobile robots are therefore ideal for processes with confined spaces. A laser scanner in the direction of travel with configurable warning and safety zones ensures that travel is slowed down or that the robot stops completely if there are obstacles in the danger area. The robots communicate with each other and with peripheral systems via WLAN. Thanks to swarm intelligence, SAFELOG's agent-based IntelliAgent control system does not require a higher-level control center. If a connection to a central control center is required, this can be achieved via VDA 5050, for example. Like all mobile robots from SAFELOG, the S3 devices are also VDA 5050-ready. With its height of 220 mm, the mobile transport robot SAFELOG S3 tow can drive under most of the trolleys and trailers available on the market. These are automatically coupled and uncoupled using a lifting bolt snap-lock system. The maximum weight for towing load is 500 kg.

    3. SAFELOG X1 spin

      SAFELOG X1 spin

With the SAFELOG X1 spin, SAFELOG is taking on the challenge of minimizing process times in large warehouses and in difficult space conditions. The mobile robot picks up the load via a central, rotating lifting unit. This can lift the goods to be transported up to a lifting height of 80 mm and can handle loads up to a top load of 1,200 kg. The device is equipped with a rotating unit that allows the robot and load to rotate independently of one another. This means that the goods to be transported can be realigned even in confined spaces. The G2P platform is used primarily in fulfillment centers and on production lines.

    4. SAFELOG XS1 core

      SAFELOG XS1 core

The mobile robot SAFELOG XS1 is specially designed for the requirements of fulfillment. In the SAFLOG XS1 Core version, the mobile transport robot is equipped with customer-specific structures that are adapted to the respective process. With its speed of up to 4.0 m/s, the SAFELOG XS1 core is the perfect solution for minimizing transport times, for example between the pick port and packing station. Since the chassis is mounted on a pendulum, the XS1 can also drive up ramps with a gradient of up to 18%. A differential drive enables turning on the spot, even on sloping surfaces. Communication is implemented via WLAN.

    5. Safety in the warehouse for efficient material flow

Safety in the warehouse for efficient material flow

Safety in the warehouse or in the production environment is the top priority in intralogistics. In times of ever-increasing goods turnover, it is important to reliably protect drivers and employees as well as the transported goods, shelves and other machines at all times. Industrial trucks must work increasingly faster, more flexibly and more efficiently in order to meet growing requirements. These challenges also increase the risk of incidents and accidents.

    8. Shelf inspection and testing

      Shelf inspection and testing

Every warehouse is only as safe if it is also subjected to a rack inspection and rack check. We recommend a systematic inspection of all racking systems every 12 months. Where there's wood, there are chips. Not only in the workshop, but also in the warehouse. Broken shelves, rusted supports, damaged surfaces... lead - in the easiest case - to damaged customer goods and complaints. Do you and your employees give top priority to maximum safety and productivity in your warehouse (whether heavy-duty racking, cantilever racking, pallet racking, shelving...)? Then we should get to know each other! We check your racking systems and carry out a manufacturer-independent annual inspection in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on Accident Prevention (VUV) and SN EN 15635. As a warehouse manager, you are responsible for the safety of your employees by operating the racking systems safely. The annual inspection is carried out by qualified inspectors who identify possible defects and damage. Visual inspections are carried out to determine whether the racking, its equipment, safety precautions, etc. comply with the regulations.
