High transport safety is one of the basic requirements for avoiding unnecessary delays and costs during delivery. The bornbinder® HBV pallet binder fully automatically ties cord horizontally around pre-palletized goods, such as plastic crates in the beverage industry.

Depending on the size of the pallet, strapping with cord takes place at different heights. Thanks to the variable height adjustment of the upper tying unit, the optimal position can always be achieved, despite varying load heights. The label position in the lower load area remains unchanged. This ensures perfect load securing with unchanged label position. Thanks to good recovery, the cords have a high tensile strength and hold the pallets securely together.
