Description

The SAFELOG GT1 is specifically tailored to the requirements of pallet and shelf transport, for example in fulfillment centers. As a goods-to-person (GTP) and shelf-to-person solution, the GT1 can be used even in tight spaces thanks to its maneuverability and compact dimensions of 1200 x 830 mm (L x W). With a height of just 275 mm, the mobile robot can travel under most standard shelves and lift them up to 70 mm using a lifting system. The maximum topload capacity is 1,300 kg. With a load, a top speed of up to 2.2 m/s is achieved; without goods, the SAFELOG GT1 can achieve speeds of up to 3 m/s. The differential drive, which enables turning on the spot, provides additional flexibility – ideal for use in narrow aisles and with frequent changes of direction. Like all SAFELOG robots, the GT1 is VDA5050-ready, but thanks to swarm intelligence, it can also be operated without a higher-level control center.
The GT1 spin variant of the mobile robot is equipped with a turntable that allows the transported goods to be aligned independently of the robot. This significantly saves time when positioning shelves and pallets and optimizes workflows.
