Flexible and reliable thanks to SLAM navigation The autonomous mobile transport robot Linde C-MATIC HP is the ideal solution for automated processes in mixed operations, where it can easily work together with people, manual vehicles and other autonomous industrial trucks in the same environment. It independently transports pallets and rolling racks, moves loads of up to 1,000 kilograms over medium and long distances and reaches a maximum speed of 8 km/h. Thanks to the innovative contour navigation (SLAM), the vehicle finds its own route and is therefore able to avoid obstacles if necessary. A permanently installed infrastructure is not necessary. The C-MATIC HP is optimized for flexible load carrying. This means that it can also accommodate load carriers that are not ideally positioned, such as trolleys. The transport robot can be easily integrated into the overall intralogistics processes using the cloud-based software control.

Reliable load carriers are essential for producing, filling, storing and transporting beverage cans. This innovative, patented product offers an exceptionally robust pallet block design for the safe and sustainable transport of cans. This traditional, family-run company specialises in metal forming, plastics processing and tool making. Technically sophisticated in every detail The base body of the Craemer CanPal has external dimensions of 1250 x 1180 x 133 mm – with optional spacers, its dimensions are 1265 x 1180 mm. To provide even greater protection and stability when securing loads — particularly when using strapping tapes — Craemer has specially reinforced the lower edge of the upper deck above the entry openings with ribbing. The pallet is made from robust polypropylene (PP), ensuring extra robustness: this material is durable and resistant, has a tare weight of only 22.5 kilograms and is 100 % recyclable. The new Craemer can pallet has a load capacity of up to 10000 kg for static loads and up to 1250 kg for dynamic loads.

The Hunkeler Cardboard Shredder is ideal for the shredding of cardboard residues in the punch waste area (strips and large surface cartons), E-commerce and cardboard containers. Thanks to the special form and arrangement of the blades, an optimised collection of narrow strips up to large cardboard boxes is possible. Using a frequency converter, the rotation of the cutting work can be set up for the waste quantity expected. Feeding is either piecemeal by hand or continuously via a conveyor belt, as required. The shredder particles from the HKZ are ideally sized for transport by underground conveyor belts. The particles can also be removed with a pneumatic suction and compression system from Hunkeler Systeme AG.

With CarLo® inHUB we offer you a flexible and fully integrated module to digitize the entire process chain in your transshipment warehouse.
